When Does My CUSTOM Necklace, Bracelet, Brooch or Earrings Ship?
Custom pieces like necklaces, bracelets, brooches and earrings are made to order and ship in 5-7 business days (excluding holidays).
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $50 ship FREE.
Orders under $50 are shipped at a low cost of $6.95.
Do you have a discount on bulk orders?
YES! Please email help@lovetplanners.com to get started.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused and unopened products.
We'll happily refund your purchase, minus a shipping/handling fee of $6.95.
Just be sure you request it within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please remember, digital products and custom made items (necklaces, earrings, bracelets etc.) aren't eligible for refunds.
